We started Mariam Foods to share delicious, simple food from our Ethiopian and Eritrean heritage. Ethiopia is not just the birthplace of coffee, it’s also where, for centuries, mothers and grandmothers have been crafting bold flavors with simple ingredients. Our dips are inspired by the Azifa lentil salad our moms used to make. The flavors are perfectly balanced and we source our ingredients as local as possible. Our mission is to make tasteful, nourishing food all families can feel good about.
